
We just started sprouting, and going off dairy!
Here's our first sprouting mix: It's called Crunchy Bean. Certified organic sprouting seeds by Sproutman. These are good, but I'm not a huge fan of the chickpeas as a sprout. They are chalky. But I like all the other seeds. I've got broccoli sprouts and mung bean sprouts on my rack right now.
Here I drizzled fresh squeezed lime juice, a hearty sprinkle of Tajin, topped with Maldon's flaked sea salt and of course, paired with our gluten-free, ancient grain, quinoa crackers. This makes a great afternoon snack or light dinner.
